Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Processing times may vary during high demand, weekends, or public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are generally delivered within 15–20 working days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Location and pin code
- Courier service delays
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Peptide research compounds may be shipped using protective packaging suitable for transit conditions. Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to store the product appropriately as per recommended guidelines.
We are not responsible for product degradation due to improper storage after delivery.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If re-shipment is required, additional shipping charges may apply.
